The Role

We have an opening for a hard working, crazily enthusiastic, challenge orientated, 2nd line support technician to join a like minded team of IT wizards. Promise of lots of exciting IT related adventures across Scotland and beyond!

About you

You will be part of the support team, delivering quality second line technical services for escalated tickets. You will be going to site when delivery of services or new systems requires an in-person presence so you will need a driving licence with no more than three points. You will be the professional "face" of the organisation.

Just because you are that awesome, you will also spend time coaching and mentoring junior team members to become as rock-star as you in IT craziness.

Naturally, you have already worked in delivering 1st and 2nd line IT for some years, you have relevant experience of working with a top flight Managed Service Provider, and what you don't know about Microsoft products isn't worth talking about. Oh... and you also are pretty gifted with the stuff from those Apple boys.  You will know about Connectwise and RMM.

Office365 and Servers don't daunt you, they excite you. Impossible deadlines? "Bring it on!" I hear you say. You love to deliver service beyond expectations.
